Ensure that District employment needs are met by hiring the highest quality candidates while honoring the District’s policy of Native American preference in hiring. Provide for successful employee recruitment & retention through competitive salaries & benefits, incentive programs, training recommendations, & a safe working environment . Provide timely & accurate information to the District management on job vacancies and employees’ performance and training. Support employee success by providing new hire orientation, job coaching, & counseling.
